1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any).
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or negligence
  • Customized, altered, or specially ordered products
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags
  • Sarees purchased during clearance sales, special offers, or promotional discounts
  • Minor color variations due to photography or screen resolution differences

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product images
  • Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

Please note that banking or payment gateway delays may vary.


5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers may choose either:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as:
    • Wrong product shipped
    • Damaged product received

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
